State media: Twelve-year-old Kyle Charles is now cancer-free. Kyle completed his radiation Monday at the University Hospital of the West Indies in Kingston Jamaica, where according to the hospital’s tradition the 12-year-old “graduated from radiation”.
In February of this year, Kyle left the country for Jamaica after he was diagnosed with stage 4 Hodgkin Lymphoma. Now the budding cricketer will return home on Sunday after seven months of treatment.
Kyle’s mother Nickiesha Hogarth tells ABS News she is thankful for the many doctors and nurses who helped Kyle beat cancer. Hogarth also thanked the many prayer warriors who kept Kyle in their prayers throughout his journey.
