A seasoned educator and principal, she also spent 15 years as an executive officer and president of the Antigua and Barbuda Union of Teachers, advocating tirelessly for her colleagues.
Her influence extends beyond national borders, with her active involvement in the Caribbean Union of Teachers, representing the region in global forums in South Africa, Thailand, and Canada.
Since retiring from teaching, she continues to serve her community as the president of the Antigua and Barbuda Trade Union Congress and as a representative of Hands Across the Sea, passionately promoting literacy.
In her hometown of Swetes, Mack leads initiatives as the president of the Sweets Community Group, fostering community spirit through events like the village reunion.
She has also served her church as an internal auditor for over 25 years, showcasing her dedication to her faith and local institutions.
Additionally, her roles as a returning officer and training officer for elections underscore her commitment to democratic processes.
