State Media: The High Court has ruled against UPP’s Alister Thomas in his case for access to the 2023 voter picture list.
Justice Jan Drysdale has determined that privacy concerns, including risks such as identity theft and harassment, take priority over public disclosure.
The matter had been filed under the Freedom of Information Act.
The ruling may have lasting effects on how electoral information is handled in Antigua & Barbuda.
