Antigua and Barbuda’s team has performed creditably at the Taste of the Caribbean competition in Miami, in the United States. They secured the Bronze medal as the Overall Taste of the Caribbean culinary team when the competition drew to a close on Wednesday.
The team was comprised of Senior Chef Ronald Wilson, Junior Chef Azarie Crump, Pastry Chef Britanya McLaren and Bartender Auslando Davis. McLaren copped the silver medal in the Pastry category, while Crump, Davis and Wilson secured the bronze medals in the Junior Chef, Bartending and Senior Chef categories respectively.
