Four juveniles were remanded to His Majesty’s Prison on gun-related offences.
The teenage boys, between ages 15 and 17 from Cooks Hill, Cooks Extension, and No.1 and No.3 George Streets appeared in court on Thursday, charged with unlawful possession of three modified flare guns and one 9mm round of ammunition.
The quartet was taken into custody on Tuesday for questioning by police officers attached to Grays Farm Police Station, after they were found in possession of the illegal items.They are due in court on February 20.
