ROCK SOUND, ELEUTHERA — The Bahamas Striping Group of Companies’ 163-mile paving project has commenced on the island of Eleuthera, after over two years of preparation by stakeholders.

Nu View Construction and Quick Fix were the two local subcontractors hired by Bahamas Striping Group of Companies to complete the job, and officials say they are on schedule to complete up to four miles a day.

The newly constructed Asphalt Plant in Rock Sound, Eleuthera was in full operation yesterday as a number of Caribbean Pavement Solution trucks were transporting the asphalt to the paving site.
