  The defending national champions – St. Catherine Academy (SCA) Seahawks and the St. John’s College (SJC) Wildcats—are leading the Central Secondary Schools Sport Association (CSSSA) volleyball competition, each with 3 victories in the games played last week from Monday through Saturday, September 15-20.
  On Monday afternoon, the Seahawks dominated the Pallotti High School Gators, 25-6, 25-8.
  On Monday evening, the Wesley College boys had to go to extra points to prevail, 26-24, 25-23, over the Edward P. Yorke High School boys
  On Tuesday afternoon, the Belize High School (BHS) girls dominated the Edward P. Yorke girls, 25-7, 25-23.
  The SJC Wildcats dominated the Gwen Lizarraga High School boys, 25-10, 25-17.
  On Wednesday, the Belize High School Rams won, 25-19, 25-10, over the Edward P. Yorke boys.
  On Friday afternoon, the Seahawks prevailed, 25-20, 25-17, over their archrivals, the BHS girls.
  On Friday evening, the Edward P. Yorke boys prevailed, 25-18, 24-26, 15-13, over the Anglican Cathedral College (ACC) boys.
  In Friday’s nightcap, the SJC Wildcats prevailed, 19-25, 25-12, 15-7, over the BHS Rams.
  On Saturday afternoon, the SCA Seahawks dominated the Edward P. Yorke girls, 25-8, 25-11.
  The BHS girls enjoyed their 2nd win, 25-5, 25-20, over the Pallotti Gators.
  The SJC Wildcats won, 25-13, 25-23, over ACC boys.
  The BHS Rams prevailed, 25-16, 25-15, over Wesley College boys.
  The tournament continues on Monday, September 29.
