   Authorities are investigating what led to the death of well-known businesswoman, 65-year-old Marty Thorne, a Canadian national, who was found motionless inside her home on Monday, November 10, in Bullet Tree Falls Village, Cayo District.

   Thorne, the owner of Raw Spa, was found sometime after 7:00 a.m. by her caretaker lying motionless inside her yard. The caretaker would routinely arrive at her residence and call out for her, and she would appear; however, this time, it wasn’t so.

   He went inside her yard to look for her and discovered her motionless body on the ground with visible injuries throughout her body. The scene was processed, and Thorne’s body was taken away and it awaits a post-mortem examination.
