Police arrested and charged 35-year-old Carlton Albert Jr of Potters with unlawful possession of a Glock 17 pistol, possession of three separate magazines, possession of one. 380 rounds of ammunition, and possession of 59 rounds of 9mm ammunition.
The accused and several others were arrested and taken into custody on Saturday, January 4, after police searched their home in Potters and discovered the illegal items. He is expected in court sometime this week.
