State Media: A decade-long legal claim brought against the government by former Executive Secretary of the Board of Education, D. Giselle Isaac, was dismissed by High Court Judge, Justice Jan Drysdale on Tuesday.

Isaac had brought the case against the government and then Minister of Education Michael Browne in 2014.
Isaac had taken issue with her suspension following the general election of June 2014. She had filed suit claiming that her suspension was arbitrary, wrong in law and of no legal basis.
Lead counsel for the Board of Education, Dr. David Dorsett told ABS News on Tuesday the matter revolved around Isaac’s inability to prove that the government published a report that caused damage to her reputation.
It is not clear if she will appeal the judgement.
