Mr. Speaker I will not rise to speak except for a few words of remembrance of your unfairness to me during my tenure in the House. Among your biases which has always been your penchant during the 10 years, is your poor knowledge of Parliamentary Procedure, your envy of those who had the floor, and most of all, your failure to hold your tongue in the debate of the House. All has been the bane of the MPs’ existence.
As you are aware, my intelligence prevents me from following the fashion of my colleagues, eulogizing your efforts to create confusion in the House, by your continuous butting into serious discourse by MPs in an effort to rub the head of those with whom you relate personally. Please know I for one did not find your elevation to the post of House Speaker a positive and uplifting 10 years for our distinguished Lower House.
