NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A firearm was confiscated and an adult male and female arrested following Operation Secure City 2.0 on Saturday, August 24, 2024.

Initial reports indicate that around 12:30 a.m., officers executed a search warrant at a residence on Palm Tree Avenue in Coconut Grove, where during the search, they found an unlicensed firearm in the home, resulting in the arrests of the two (2) occupants: a 25-year-old male and a 21-year-old female.

Investigations continue into this matter.
