Dr. Duncan was not only a dedicated and visionary leader but also an inspiring colleague whose contributions to the medical community have left an indelible mark. His commitment to excellence, compassion for patients, and unwavering dedication to advancing healthcare were hallmarks of his tenure as Medical Director.
We mourn the loss of an exceptional professional whose guidance and passion enriched our medical society and the lives of countless individuals. During this difficult time, we extend our heartfelt sympathy to his loved ones and all who had the privilege of working alongside him.
