NASSAU, BAHAMAS — Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating two (2) males responsible for an armed robbery that occurred on Sunday, 30th, June 2024.

Preliminary reports indicate that shortly before 9:00 p.m., a male, after withdrawing cash from an ATM on Mackey Street, was approached and subsequently robbed of an undisclosed amount of cash by two (2) males, who were allegedly armed with handguns.

The culprits reportedly fled the area on a motorcycle and made good on their escape. Police are investigating and are appealing to members of the public to be vigilant when conducting financial transactions at night.
