Over half a million dollars worth of cannabis was seized at V.C. Bird International Airport during a joint drug operation between Police and Customs.

Six cardboard boxes with a total of one hundred and sixteen vacuumed-sealed packages of cannabis were discovered at the cargo shed on Tuesday, October 22.
The controlled substance weighs 140.4 lbs and is valued at $626,400. The substance was taken to the headquarters, as further investigations are ongoing.
