In a remarkable display of community spirit and compassion, The Halo Foundation, in partnership with Progressive Vision and with generous funding from the Honorary Consul of Switzerland in Antigua and Barbuda, has successfully concluded its eye care initiative under the inspiring slogan “Future Bright with the Gift of Sight.” This transformative project aimed to provide essential eye care services to underprivileged individuals, attempting to ensure that no one is left in the shadows due to poor vision.
After months of tireless dedication, the collaborative efforts of Progressive Vision, the Honorary Consul, and the passionate support of the local community culminated in the successful provision of free eye exams and glasses. The initiative directly impacted over 65 individuals, enhancing their quality of life through improved vision. Participants not only received essential eye care but also valuable tips on maintaining their eye health and caring for their new eyewear.
